With 14+ years in tech, from writing my first iOS app to leading 15+ engineers and leaders, I’ve come to believe that empathy and kindness are the most underrated competitive advantages in our industry.
My path went from mobile development and SDK architecture to engineering management and cross-functional leadership. Along the way, I’ve learned that the hardest problems in software are rarely technical - they’re about people, communication, trust, and growth. I also mentor aspiring developers at OpenClassrooms because I believe in giving back to the next generation of engineers.

Communication, mentoring, emotional intelligence - in engineering, these are what separate good individual contributors from great leaders. Technical depth alone won't get you there.
Great people make great products
Invest in building stronger teams and a stronger culture, and the products will follow. I've never seen a great product come from a team that wasn't thriving first.

Engineering Manager - Performance Campaigns & Retail Media

Led 12+ engineers building performance advertising infrastructure - measurement and attribution pipelines, campaign delivery, and dynamic product ads. Also drove a product initiative in Retail Media, launching an innovative solution for commerce-driven advertising from the ground up.

Led the team responsible for Teads' mobile advertising SDK, used by publishers to integrate ad formats into iOS and Android apps. Improved SDK stability, performance, and adoption. Established engineering processes and best practices for cross-platform SDK development.
Mobile Engineer -> Chief Technical Leader

Grew from mobile development engineer to Chief Technical Leader over nearly 7 years. Built iOS apps and Node.js backends for major retail brands including Cdiscount, Sephora, Casino, Pimkie, and Orchestra. Set up R&D practices around CI/CD, testing, and modern mobile architectures such as MVVM and RxSwift.
